Churro Machine

The churro machine is a large industrial tool, used to shape and fry churro’s dough, which is used by turning its arms. So, there should be no tools and lockers etc. around and above. Using a gallery-type kitchen, I provided the area that needed the churro machine and collected the stove and the sink into an area.

Windows and Daylight

In order to make the living space more spacious as much as possible and to use daylight more, I have designed a corner window in my seating area and large window openings in the capsule by considering privacy and security.

Door and Serving Window

Because of the gallery type kitchen and in order to provide more comfortable service/ service space, I designed a guillotine door where the upper side can turn into a service window. I also designed a folding counter in front of my service window to make the churros' final preparations for the service.
